Ticket Terms & Conditions
This is a 21 + event. Limit 4 tickets per person. The name of the credit card holder MUST match the ID of the attendee – NO EXCEPTIONS. Tickets for Dark Lord Day are digital and will be delivered via email within two weeks of the event. Attendees must present their digital ticket (on a mobile device) or a printed ticket for entry.
Ticket holders will also receive a wristband by mail, which will be used only to identify Dark Lord bottle pickup groups and for access throughout the festival. Wristbands are not valid for entry without a digital or printed ticket. Wristbands will begin shipping the week of 4/27.
No refunds. No transfers. This is a rain or shine event. You and your belongings are subject to security screening and search upon entry to the festival. All information is subject to change without notice.
Ticket Purchase Process:
Groups indicate Dark Lord pickup times: Group A: 9-11am / Group B: 11am-1pm / Group C: 1-3pm / Group D: 3-5pm If a certain group is desired, please choose the "Section" tab, then the desired group from the drop-down menu, number of tickets desired, then "Add Tickets". If a certain group is not desired, select the number of tickets desired, then "Add Tickets". Deluxe ticket holders may join any pickup group.
Customers outside of the U.S. please choose the Express Delivery method at checkout. You will be updated to will call for wristband pickup on the day of the event.
Sales
Deluxe Tickets were in high demand, with all tickets in carts just minutes after ticket sales begun. However, they did not fully sell out for at least 2-3 hours as carts expired and tickets were released.
