Dark Lord Day 2006 was held on Saturday, April 29th. This year was more organized, with porta-johns, festival food, & picnic tables setup for bottle sharing. This was the first year Bourbon Barrel Aged Dark Lord was available on tap (also referred to as Oak Aged Dark Lord). Three 1 liter swing-top bottles of 2005 Woodford Reserve Barrel Aged Dark Lord were raffled off, raffle tickets were $5 each. Reportedly only 12 bottles of the Barrel Aged Dark Lord were produced.
